Capellini With Garlicky Broccoli
nbsp;nbsp; - 12 oz. broccoli florets
nbsp;nbsp; - 2 cloves garlic, minced
nbsp;nbsp; - 4 tbsp. jovial extra virgin olive oil
nbsp;nbsp; - 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
nbsp;nbsp; 1. Bring 4 quarts of water to a rolling boil in a large stockpot. Salt to taste.
nbsp;nbsp; 2. Drop in broccoli and blanche for 2 minutes, remove with slotted spoon.
nbsp;nbsp; 3. Cook pasta according to package instructions in the broccoli cooking water.
nbsp;nbsp; 4. In a large skillet, cook garlic, olive oil and red pepper on very low heat for 5 minutes. Turn up heat, add broccoli, and cook for 1 minute.
nbsp;nbsp; 5. Add pasta and stir fry with garlic and broccoli, then serve from the skillet.
